With a 12m Span, Florence can seat 94 comfortably, 180 standing - or 70 seated WITH a 15 sq ft dancefloor.
Working beautifully alongside Big Ern - or available to hire on her own she'll be the perfect showstopper and being a beautiful Hexagonal shape she is soooo versatile - she's perfect for corporate events, larger parties or of course for your big day and as with Big Ern, Florence has lots of flexibility in how you want to use her.
All our Marquees have all their walls made available as part of the package.

We love a bit of a do - so we bought Big Ern - the ultimate Perfect Party Tent and he's been busy ever since!
With a 19m Span and able to seat up to 116 people - or 180 Standing - Big Ern is available for Parties and Events. Being a Twin Star Marquee, he has the flexibility to house a bar, band and/or dancefloor. Marquee hire in Dorset can be super expensive - but we don't think it has to be and Big Ern is a proper party piece!
All our Marquees have all their walls made available as part of the package.
Big Ern covers 209sqm and is much better used without his walls in the Summer to maximise the space inside.
Prices from just £850 for a 2 night booking so you have plenty of time to dress him up!

We are adding a NEW 6m x 6m Pagoda Marquee - our new addition for 2024!
Working beautifully alongside Florence - we can literally attach them to each other (as in the picture above) - or of course she is available to hire on her own. She'll be the perfect addition to any event creating more space for Dancefloors, extra seating (up to 54 people seated), a bar area - whatever you like! She's also great on her own for your events and larger parties

Sally covers 36sqm and works brilliantly with and without her walls.
Prices from just £500 for a 2 night booking so you have plenty of time to dress her up!

Additional Nights are all good and just £100 per night. You can add them when you book!
If you think you'll need a bit of extra space and book both Florence AND Sally for 2024 - you'll get £100 OFF your booking so the two will either be £1650 if sited at Wooders or £1750 anywhere else! For any 2 Nights - at any time of year!
If you want us to dress all the arches of your Marquee and it’s pole/s with either Cream Floral Garlands or Artificial Foliage, linens, white bunting and twinkly Lights we can do that for you so you have a beautiful base level of decor which will go with almost any theme.

If you want something not listed - ask us about it and if we can source and supply we will - and if we can't - we'll do our best to help you.
Our fab Coconut Matting Flooring is the perfect way to lay down a rustic and country feel to your Marquee and at just £400 per Marquee - and only £100 for a walkway - we can lay this for you so no need for additional suppliers!
Festoon Lights hung around the whole of the Marquee and any additional lights left can be hung on poles or supports as supplied.

Our Bales make excellent seating for outside the Marquees for chats around the firepits etc- for weddings and events with Live Music *subject to availability /whether or not we can get them in the right size
Heidi and I love a good wedding - and so does Big Ern! With lovely rustic coconut matting also available to hire for the floor, we can also supply bales*, festoon lighting, bunting and floral garlands to really create a romantic space for your big day!
Big Ern has the flexibility - with all sides and walls included - to be your very best friend should the British Weather turn up - in all it's variety!
The perfect space for hanging out, setting up a bar, enjoying food or busting some shapes on a dancefloor!
Our Marquee really does look the part - stylish yet simple and easy to adorn with whatever decor you choose. There are poles, tabs along all the wall edges to hang lights, garlands and bunting etc and they really are the perfect party piece!

We're the crazy bunch that put these tents up and take them down all day long. We love what we do and if you have any questions - just ask us. We're really nice and we love to solve problems and come up with ideas!

Florence can seat up to a max of 120 guests on long trestle tables (at it's limit).
No-one knows our Marquees like we do - and we know how to make them look their best. Should you wish, we can dress the Marquee for you and make it look spectacular for your event.
We are more than happy to work to your dream and will arrange a meting with you so we can talk about how we can achieve it for you - we're all about the Dream!

For £800 we'll bring ALL our Props and goodies along and make some magic for you with our team and that includes table laying and the works! It's £950 if you need this in two or more Marquees.
We love what we do but we have to be strict about how far we go to do it!
Anything over 25 Miles from BH20 7NN (for Marquee hire) is 50p per mile per vehicle required
If the wind speeds are forecasted to go over 40mph on the day of your event - we cannot have the Marquees up and out.
Please get Events Insurance!
We can often come up with a back up plan but this will be at further cost - so get the Insurance!

Do feel free to print up this list and bring it with you to any meetings you have with us - and of course do ping us an email letting us know what you need from the list at any time - we're always happy to help with any questions or requests you may have.
Please also make sure you read - and take note of - our T&C's. And please make sure you have adequate Event Insurance. We've never had to cancel an event - but we would be devastated if we did have to and you weren't insured. Do it!
